Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering
Stinis operates two modern manufacturing facilities: one in The Netherlands and one in Malaysia. Both locations work according to the same engineering, production and quality standards, ensuring that every spreader meets the high expectations of the global container handling industry. Both facilities are fully ISO 9001 certified, demonstrating our commitment to quality. In addition, Stinis Malaysia has been certified according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 since 2022, reflecting our focus on environmental responsibility, health and workplace safety.
The Malaysian facility is also home to a team of skilled service engineers who provide both remote and on-site support. Together with our global network of service partners and agents, they support customers worldwide whenever assistance is needed.

Establishing Production in Malaysia
As part of our long-term growth strategy, Stinis expanded its production activities from Singapore to Malaysia in 2008. This move allowed the company to further strengthen its presence in Asia while supporting future growth and increasing production capacity.
The transition also created opportunities for knowledge sharing and close collaboration between teams, ensuring that valuable expertise and best practices were successfully transferred and maintained.
Moved to a Larger Facility
To accommodate increasing demand, Stinis relocated to a larger production facility in Malaysia in 2014. The new site combined production and office operations in one modern location, creating a more efficient working environment and providing the foundation for continued growth.
This investment enabled Stinis to increase output and better serve customers throughout Asia and beyond.
Expanding for the Future
As demand for Stinis spreaders continued to grow, the company invested in a major expansion of its Malaysian production facility. A new assembly hall was added, significantly increasing production capacity and creating the space needed for future growth.
Today, the facility plays a vital role within the global Stinis organization, producing high-quality spreaders and lifting solutions that support port and terminal operations around the world.
